Kinkuna camping area, overlooking Palm Beach, is a great spot to enjoy the solitude and catch some fish. Number of sites: 40 (not individually numbered). From the northern or Bundaberg end, sand tracks lead through flat sandy areas dense with vegetation waiting to welcome you with some new bush pin-striping to your truck. It's most redeeming factor is the extensive network of sandy, overgrown tracks and campsites amongst the foredune. One Mile Creek marks the end of the camping are and often flows deep enough to block access further south to Theodolite River. To access the park from the south, drive about 24km and turn east onto Woodgate Road, drive 18km then turn north onto Woppis Road, then Beach Road through the park to the camping area.
